How are MULTIPLATE structures shipped?
Plates for MULTIPLATE structures are shipped nested in bundles complete with all bolts and nuts necessary for assembly. Included with the shipment are detailed assembly instructions. Bundles are normally 2 tons maximum weight for ease of handling.
All bundles are tagged with a reference number which enable identification of the plates in the bundle from the packing list included with the assembly instructions. Each bundle's contents are listed with details of plate length, width, radius and whether the individual plate is uncut or cut. The identifying mark of a plate will be shown in the packing list and the accompanying plate layout drawing will give its unique position in the structure.

How long would it take from placing an order to delivery?
For MULTIPLATE and Superspan, the normal lead time to delivery is around 4-6 weeks. And for Stren-Cor and Tunnel Liner, it would take around 10-12 weeks to deliver. If the structure does not need to have secondary coating, then it would reduce the lead time by 1 – 2 weeks.
