SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER
We're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager who demonstrates a solid commercial awareness from various engineering applications, is familiar with concrete, steel and FRP structural design. Maintains a proven track record in driving engineering excellence, motivating teams, together with a proactive approach to engineering management and the desire to achieve business success is pivotal to the role.

Reviewing your application
All applications are initially reviewed by HR. Once the filtering of applications has taken place successful applications will be put forward for review by the designated teams.

Our Interview Process
You will be invited to discuss your application, via Microsoft Teams or in person.
If you successfully progress from phase one, you will be called to a second interview; you may be asked to prepare a presentation.
The criteria for the presentation will be dependent on the role you are applying for. Following the interview, you may also be asked
to complete a range of job-related tasks.
