PAPYRUS exists to reduce the number of young people who take their own lives, by shattering the stigma surrounding suicide and equipping young people and their communities with the skills to recognise and respond to emotional distress. Every member of staff fully embraced the spirit of the event and did the company proud, as you can see from the images below: We set up a JustGiving page in aid of the charity, and it was so well received that we extended it by a further month, into January 2023. We set a goal as a company of £1,000, and ended up raising a whopping £1,660! We have been blown away by the reception and response, and would like to sincerely thank every single person who helped us to not only reach, but smash our goal... Are you, or is a young person you know, not coping with life? For confidential suicide prevention advice, please visit: https://www.papyrus-uk.org/

The industries Victoria has been a part of over the years have been predominantly male orientated, and ensuring that everyone (regardless of gender) is respected and treated equally has always been her main goal throughout her career. Victoria also commented on the increase she has experienced in the number of females entering the design and engineering sectors in recent years.
